Poetic (more like Painful)

My blade is not a paintbrush,
and my skin is not porcelain
but if I must be so poetic,
let me tell you this

my blade is sharper than a sword,
cuts closer than ever before,
my skin is scarred and torn,
New blood spills over old
and i'm always wanting more

so, my blade is not a paintbrush
and my skin is not porcelain,
but I hope you never know this
just let me be poetic,
and hope you'll never be addicted
